Freedom is relative. Brazil is a model for that so-called critique of democracy. In Mexico and Brazil, the underworld is rampant across the country. Mexico is already under the control of drug traffickers. Brazil also has BOPE, which deals with crime in a fascist way. In Elite Force 1, BOPE's method of questioning drug dealers is horrific, brutal and effective. In Elite Force 1, an attempt was made to demonstrate whether there should be compassion for crime. 2 is a reflection on the system. The captain of BOPE became a fighter against the system. Is it the fault of democracy? Or the Brazilian system does not reflect democracy. What is needed is a revolution.
