, a young nurse in the ward of a mental hospital after a busy day , takes the last train home. However, the subway suddenly stopped in the middle of the tunnel, and then a bloody massacre descended on the carriage. Karen and the other survivors managed to escape from the car as a group of zealots slaughtered the passengers under the guise of saving souls, but the bloodthirsty men followed with murderous intent. In the tunnel without a trace of light, the great escape of life and death kicked off.
