"Level 16" is not a masterpiece from the perspective of the film itself, and even lacks a lot of popularity in many aspects such as scheduling, editing, and art. However, it has intentionally or unconsciously become a retro-style resurgence of dystopian themes. A collection of display scrolls. It is almost a mix of "We" and "Brave New World" in the girly version of "1984", partly reminiscent of Turkey's "Wild Horse", but also embellished with the crazy fantasy in Nobel Prize winner Kazuo Ishiguro's "Don't Let Me Go", from women From the perspective of ism, there are also the themes of female repression and the rise of women in "The Handmaid's Tale", and there is even a shadow of "Escape from Desperate Town" in the subject dimension of human experiments. It mixes all this together to complete a particularly classical dystopian story: from the beginning of ghostly repression to the end of the day, it has reached the narrative trend of "liberation"   .

Barely Samsung. The story is not bad. But the pace is a bit slow, and the atmosphere doesn't create a sense of horror.

It is very similar to the concept of "Baptism", and the advertisement reminds me of "Escape from the Dead". There are many movies similar to "Continuing Your Life and Staying Young". It can be seen that people have been obsessed with immortality since ancient times, and they don't know it. When will this obsession come true? Of course, I hope it’s not such an extreme approach~ There are too many bugs in this one, and the plot is procrastinated. I laughed out loud when the door was opened. .

Level 16 quotes

  • Sophia: [worriedly] Viv?

Vivien: [dazedly] Mm... You shouldn't sit with me. I'm unclean. I might infect you.

Sophia: There is *nothing* wrong with you.

    Vivien: My head feels heavy.

Sophia: Your head will clear. When I first stopped taking the pills... it was like my mind was working for the first time.

Vivien: The days all just kind of blur together.

    Sophia: Yeah.

Vivien: Yeah, that's why I've tried keeping a calendar. You know, put a line for every day on the headboard by my bed. I've never told anyone that before.

    Sophia: I have a plan.

Vivien: [tiredly] Mm... what kind of plan?

Sophia: To get out... we need a shiny card. The guards have the cards.

  • Dr. Miro: Nice work, isn't it? By Level 10, they're completely docile.

Miss Brixil: Oh, like that girl you doped on Level 16? I had to lock her in a box today!

Dr. Miro: That one... is unusual.
