I watched it for a long time--I like lions, lions, lions... Dorothy is fatter in my eyes...

In fact, seeing what the scientist said at the end when he awarded the Scarecrow a diploma, gave a loving alarm clock to the Tin Man, and gave the Lion Man Medal, I was thinking that this is not a simple children's movie. It first appeared during the economic crisis in 1939 and World War II. It not only alluded to the American social environment at the time, and used individuals to symbolize different social groups, but also satirized some ridiculous social norms-people with brains are not necessarily better than others. You are not necessarily more kind and courageous than you. People who are smarter and have a heart are not necessarily more courageous than you. Dorothy is like a beam of ideal light and humanity that the film sends to reality, caring for children's dreams and illuminating the long-gloomed minds of adults. Despite the existence of Witch, I still feel that this movie is an excessively beautiful dream.

Dorothy: Did you say something?
[indiscernible sounds from the rusted Tin Man]
Dorothy: He said oil can!
The Scarecrow: Oil can what?
Dorothy: Oil can...? What... Oh! Here it is! Where do you want to be oiled first?
[Tin Man squeaks]
The Scarecrow: He said his mouth!
[they dab oil into the corners of Tin Man's mouth]
The Tin Man: [working his mouth loose] Muh... ma... me... mah... my, my goodness, I can talk again! Oh, oil my arms please! Oil my elbows!
[they do so, and help to wrench down the arm holding up the axe]
Dorothy: [concerned] Oh, did that hurt?
The Tin Man: No, it feels wonderful. I've held that axe up for ages.
