In Love and War movie plot

During World War I, American journalist Ernest Miller Hemingway went to Italy as a young volunteer to fight in the war. In the case of his own injuries, he also evacuated to the ambulance with another wounded on his back, and was shot in the leg again on the way. When he woke up he saw the beautiful eyes of Nurse Agnes. Even though he is eight years younger than the nurse, he is madly in love with her. But he has two rivals; doctor Caraziolo and patient Henry. The seriously wounded Jim could not bear the torment of the pain and committed suicide. Before he died, he dictated a farewell letter to his parents in the hands of Agnes. Ernest Miller Hemingway rewrote the letter in a much newer style. A deeply moved Agnes embraces Ernest Miller Hemingway for the first time. But their love affair never ended. When Ernest Miller Hemingway returned to the United States, what he waited for was news that Agnes and Caracciolo were engaged.   .
