The film crew arrives at the rebuilt Connecticut village in Normandy. In order to meet the script requirements, the crew expanded it to 40 square kilometers. Luc Besson and his chief set designer Hugo Tisandia recreated social life throughout the countryside: churches, shops, supermarkets, garages, hardware stores, police stations, cinemas and fountains. These new elements are not in the first, they build a complete village. One of the main challenges in building these came from the unpredictable weather in Normandy, and the crew had to build sets that would withstand these conditions. Another challenge was handed over to the on-set shooting team. This sequel includes a considerable number of animal characters: bears, wolves, antelopes, wild boars, pine trees, mice, owls, sables, etc., to make the whole group of animals in the camera. It is not easy to be obedient before.
